The design orchestrates daily rituals around a contemplative viewing balcony—a threshold where morning coffee and evening dinners unfold against the river's ever-changing canvas.

A CNC-carved stone partition captures the river's fluid geometry as sculptural centerpiece.

Each bedroom is bespoke—red travertine channels youthful energy, blue veneer meets brown travertine in sophisticated harmony, while the master suite celebrates raw materiality with a singular wooden slab against deep black.

Lime-plastered walls create cloud-like surfaces that shift with natural light, softening boundaries between built form and riverside atmosphere.
